On the Publication of «Guidelines for Thematic Requests’ Execution in State and Municipal Archives of the Russian Federation»

Abstract: The article provides a brief description of the content of the “Guidelines on the execution of thematic requests in state and municipal archives of Russian Federation”, which highlight the organizational and methodological foundations of activities of archives in the sphere of receiving, executing thematic requests and sending answers to the authors of requests, signing of standard forms of contracts with users, analysis of the content of archival files, archival documents.
