About cost-effective and ecological process of documents (files) destruction in microeconomic structure of joint-stock company

Abstract: The article deals with technology of cost-effective and ecological management of the final stage of documented information’ life cycle in a joint-stock company. Such technology is associated with the choice of methods and equipment for destruction procedures, in connection with the expected changes in paragraph 2 of article 89 of the Federal law from December 26, 1995, № 208-FZ “On joint-stock companies”, as well as the need for practical solutions to the issues without standard regulation and, thus, left to the judgement of practical records managers.
