On VNIIDAD’s preparation of the draft Instructions on the use of “The list of typical administrative archival documents, produced during activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations with retention periods of documents”

Abstract: The article discloses the main aspects of development of Instructions for application of the List of typical administrative archival documents, produced during activities of state bodies, local authorities, organizations with retention periods of documents. The author states, that it is necessary to develop the Instructions as a new type of regulatory document to the List, due to the tasks, facing it. This Instruction will help to increase the efficiency of the List’s application, to optimize composition of administrative documents and the retention periods of these documents, produced in government bodies and other organizations, as well as efficiency of acquisition of the Russian Federation Archival Fund.
