Prospects for Intensifying Data Management of Documented Areas of Organizations in the Digital Economy

Abstract: An attempt was made to instrumentalize VNIIDAD’s sourceometry theory using data-centric indicators of Russian government programs. Th e antecedents of the new model of public administration as a data-dependent decision-making process and their products, identified by the Center for Public Administration Technologies of the Institute of Applied Economic Research under the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, are supported by information on the results of certification of organizations archives. The author states, that it is necessity to upgrade the methodological support of acquisition sources in in their document formation, arising in connection with registration, circulation and reuse of data from documented areas of activity. The foundation of innovative prospects for intensifying data production in the digital economy is revealed by Rosarchiv implementation of the chief administrator powers on federal budget revenues for administrative violations from chapters 13 and 19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
