Archives and Archival Preservation of Scientific and Technical Documentation in Foreign Countries

Abstract: The foreign practices of standardization and preservation of scientific and technical documentation both in state (national) and organizations archives are analyzed; the analogy to the domestic archival theory and practices in the field of scientific and technical documentation is given.
