Determination of the Composition and Storage Time of Medical Records

Abstract: The departmental lists of documents with retention periods, including medical records are analyzed. The directions of activity of medical organizations, the type composition of documents and retention periods are compared. Attention is drawn to the questions associated with the development of an up-todate List of documents with retention periods of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation – the state of the regulatory framework, changes in the activities of medical organizations.
