Revisiting the Development of List of Typical Archival Documents, Created in the Scientific, Technical and Production Activities, with Indication of Retention Periods: Functional Approach

Abstract: The discussion on the applying of different approaches to development of typical lists of documents with indication of document types and retention periods is represented. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign practices the functional approach to the development of typical lists of documents is proposed to replace the structural one.
