Writing the Higher Education Institute Job Descriptions in Accordance with Professional Standard

Abstract: The need to change local acts, to update job descriptions and correlate them with professional standards for relevant positions is analyzed in connection with the change in regulatory legal documents, the approval of professional qualifications. The importance of the job description as a local normative act of the organization, directly related to the labor activity of the employee and the main document establishing the organizational and legal position of the employee in the structure of the organization is highlighted.
