The Strategies of Electronic Records Management Systems Development in Departmental Digital Transformation Programs

Abstract: The strategies for the development of electronic records management systems of federal executive bodies, based on the analysis of departmental digital transformation programs, are considered for the first time. Target indicators, directions and actions for the modernization of electronic records management systems are identified. The prospects for studying the modernization of electronic records management systems in the process of implementing departmental digital transformation programs are outlined. The research was carried out with the purpose of regulatory and methodological documents, that regulate the requirements for these systems, timely updating.
