Abstract: Modern digital technologies cover various fields of activity and influence the methods of working with information. The use of artificial intelligence in public appeals handling in the federal executive bodies activities opens up prospects for modernizing the interaction between citizens and the state. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies in public appeals handling, as well as practical experience in using such technologies are considered.
