Information Convoy of the Document in the Publication: Indication of the Document Type (Subtype) in the Document Heading

Abstract: The indication of the document type (subtype) while compiling the heading of the document in the documentary publication is discussed. The norms for compiling heading of the document reflected in the rules for documents publication created in 1919–1990 are compared. Attention is drawn to the possibility of using a self-heading of the document. The document science aspects in the regulatory and methodological documents requirements for identification and indication of the document type (subtype) are analyzed.
