Innovations in the Finding Aids System of State and Municipal Archives

Abstract: Changes in the finding aids system under the digital transformation are analysed. The continuity of reference books of finding aids system in whole and their details in particular reflected in recordkeeping and archival science regulations is considered. The focus is on the electronic cases/documents inventories and electronic document metadata. In conclusion, the need for synchronization in recordkeeping and archival science regulations relative the metadata composition is highlighted.
