Electronic documentary publications of state and municipal archives on the internet: current issues of theory and practice

Abstract: The paper covers the theoretical and practical issues of the preparation of electronic documentary publications by the state and municipal archives in Russia. The data of the statistical analysis and  conclusions based on the results of the study of archaeographic, functional and technological aspects of the preparation of electronic documentary publications are presented. Proposals are given on promising directions for the development of this area of activity of the state and municipal archives of the Russian Federation.
